Ben, also known as Mr. Everything has been with Harmon Solar for over 7 years. Ben has done everything from knocking on doors to design solar arrays and now project Management. He has done so many different things withing the company that he has a broad range of knowledge to how the solar industry works and what things to do and not do when it comes to solar.

Andy started working for his father’s company when he was 12 years old. He started in sheet metal fabrication and then moved on to the install department every summer in high school. After he moved to a technician full time for 10 years. He became a comfort advisor “sales guy” and has been setting new sales records year after year. Andy is on track to sell 7 million this year by himself with the whole company gross at 30 million.
